Amazing service from mark. We phoned on the Friday evening and and our rabbit was picked up within a couple of hours and dropped back the next morning. We had a lovely little mahogany box with an engraved brass name plate beautifully done all within the price too. Mark also gave us a lovely card with a beautiful poem in for our loss on his return. I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to phone at 9am on a Sunday morning. Mark immediately put me at ease and we arranged to come in within the hour. They were kind, understanding and nothing was too much trouble. Mark made what was an awful day, and a really tough time so much more bearable as everything was taken care of promptly, simply and professionally. We had our dog’s ashes back on the same day and she is already at peace having been scattered in her favourite spots in the garden. Thank you.

My family and I lost our beautiful fur baby Beau on Tuesday in a awful car accident. Beau was a huge part of us and we loved her so very much and I’m so thankful for Mark and Jim for all they have done for us. I emailed very early Wednesday morning about cremating Beau and I've just received her back today, very quick service but very professional I honestly cannot thank them enough. In such a sad time for me and my children we found peace with Tendering pet cremation and I would 100% without any doubt recommend them to anyone.

I would like to say on behalf of my mum and family how polite caring and professional Mark and Jim were today, they came and collected Jessie and took her to be cremated. Its taken a week to write a review, as my heart was shattered last week at the sudden loss of my darling boy. I contacted you guys so late at night, to wake with a kind message and ask to call back when I could. Bearing in mind, mid “Covid-19″ Lock-down, my dear boy was collected within 2 hours and returned to me a few hours later. Collection and bringing him home was all done with such empathy and kindness, and consideration. It made the whole awful situation so much easier and better. The card made me cry, but with love. My boys casket is just beautiful. I had him home quickly. I couldn’t fault you at all. Thank you for being there for me and my Zory boy and a wonderful service.

I can’t thank Mark at Tendring Pet Cremation enough. We lost our beloved Kasha on Mothering Sunday in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. Mark was very kind on our telephone conversation, he explained fully how the process would work and the various options available and what measures had been put in place to maintain the social distancing, nothing was too much trouble. Later on that day Kasha’s ashes were returned to us in a beautiful scatter tube along with a card and poem. Anyone thinking of having their pet cremated should first contact Mark at Tendring Pet Cremation. He treated our beloved pet Truman with the greatest respect and dignity, allowing us time to grieve alone, in peaceful country surroundings. I would thoroughly recommend their services which can include collection from your vet or home. Mark also provides a same day service which was of great comfort to have Truman’s ashes back the same day. We also received a card with the most comforting poem inside. Mark, bent over backwards to help us after we had been let down by another crematorium. After losing a beloved pet the last thing you need is a problem with cremation and Mark provided the best possible help and care when we needed it. Very professional caring service. Recommended.
